INFORMATION ON THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY CODE (LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003).

We inform you that, following your request of the services of the Agenzia Immobiliare Friuli Srl, our agency has collected verbally, directly or through third parties your personal data, according to the Legislative Decree 196/2003 – personal data privacy code.
According to the above mentioned code, who treats your personal data must inform you about which data are subject to handling and how they are going to be handled: with fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights.
In compliance with this regulation, we provide you with following informations:

NATURE OF THE HANDLED DATA
Your personal, fiscal and finantial data are handled for contract purposes in the present or in the future. We don’t own any sensitive (article 4, letter D in the code) or judicial data (article 4, letter E in the code).
According to legal and finantial obligations, your data will be handled for contract purposes, and besides for a successful management of the finantial and commercial relationship. Moreover, they will be used in order to meet the legal obligations required by the Authorities and for communications about the services enjoyed by the User.
The data will be handled for the whole contractual relationship and also afterwards, in the future, in compliance with the legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.

OBLIGATION OR OPTION IN SUPPLYING YOUR DATA
As regards the data we are obliged to know in order to meet the legal obligations, the regulations and the European legislation, besides rules set by legal Authorities and by controlling Bodies, they are mandatory.  In the event you don’t supply them, it would not be possible to set or to continue the relationship, as these data are necessary in order to perform the services required. As regards the data we are not obliged to know, we will value each time if their absence is essential or not for our organization.

AREA OF DIFFUSION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
We will neither communicate your data nor give the possibility of consulting them to any unknown subjects. Your data can be communicated to one or more known subjects as follows:
- subjects who can access the data by law, regulations or European direction, within the limits of the regulations themselves;
- subjects who need to know your data in order to help the relationship between you and our Agency, within the limits necessary to the development of auxiliary services (as banks or carriers);
- our advisors, within the limits of the tasks given them by our Agency, and previously charged with a letter of appointment, which grants confidentiality and security;
- companies which supply banking and finantial services charged by us for credit recovery and payments;
- companies and advisors providing advice and/or legal, fiscal, finantial and administrative services, as well as services about safety on the job;
- companies appointed to communicate, send and sort the information to the customers;
- agents, advisors, mandataries, public Authorities or finantial administration, within the law regulation;
- companies which offer ITC and/or recording services.

YOUR RIGHTS
Here below we report an extract of Article 7 (Legislative Decree 196/2003), to remind you that you can assert following rights towards our Agency : 
- You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
 - You have the right to know the source of personal data; the purposes and methods of treatment; the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic devices.
- You have the right to obtain the updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data.
- You have the right to obtain the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or block of data used in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which data were collected or subsequently processed.
- You have the right to obtain  the certification that the updating, the rectification, the integration, the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or block of the data, have been notified, including with regard to content, to those to whom the information was communicated or disseminated,  except in cases where this is impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means  to the protected right. 
- You have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data that related to the purpose of the collection.
- You have the right to object in whole or in part  to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
