Prices are expressed in EURO , for one week rent , for one flat and include :
- electricity , hot and cold water , gas .-
- BEACH SERVICE - (which includes 1 beach umbrella with small table + 1 sunbed + 1 deckchair) - complimentary, as a promotion of the Agency .-
The beach service is available from 12/ 05 to 15/ 09 .-
Additional costs to pay upon arrival :
A SECURITY DEPOSIT of Euro 100,00 to be refunded upon departure when the keys of the accomodation are returned to the Agency by the client and after the Agency has determined that no damages have been caused to the accomodation or to its contents and that everything is perfectly clean .-
PRICES do not include the last cleaning .-
Every flat is fully furnished and provided with gas cooker , refrigerator and set of kitchenware .-
Each bed has a matress cover , a blanket and a pillow .-
Guests have to bring their own bed linen - ( its use is compulsory ) - , towels , tablecloth and iron .-
The amount of the earnest will be decided by our office and the balance payed upon the ARRIVAL .-
With the payment of the earnest of confirmation the client accepts the general conditions reported in the catalogue .-
